Internet Manifesto History: A Research Blog

The internet has been a subject of many political concerns, utopias and dystopias throughout the last 50 years. Many of them have been expressed within the form of a manifesto. Hackers, cyberfeminists, researchers, and Silicon Valley CEOs — internet manifestos have been written by all kinds of groups, representing a broad political spectrum.

This blog holds materials of 4 student research projects conducted in 2026 at Humboldt-Univesität zu Berlin. Each of the project groups has studied one particular case of when, by whom and about what internet manifestos have been written.
